01/23/2023 – Bowen here, and I am so thankful that these angels came to my rescue.  I was wandering the streets and was so starved you could see all of my bones.  I now have a foster home with other dogs and blankets, and I am so happy now that my nub won’t stop wagging.  My foster mom said I am such a smart boy because I already know sit, stay, and shake.  I have to see a vet soon but keep checking back on my progress to see how well I am doing.
