01/22/25 – Dusty is ready for her forever home. She has spent the last few weeks with a family who thinks the world of her and they can’t wait to see the lucky family who chooses her. They say she is easy to train with just positive reinforcement because she is the ultimate people pleaser, and has learned so much, very quickly. She is a young girl, only 15-18 months old, so she has that young boxer energy when she plays, but her favorite activity is snuggling with her people! She doesn’t yet realize her own strength so young kids might not be the best choice, but she is working on being the bestest girl, so I’m sure she will learn to rein in her enthusiasm.

12/29/24 – Dusty was dumped in a neighborhood the day after Christmas. She had the good sense to follow home a dog-loving family who took her to the vet and made sure she was safe and healthy,  Despite a rough start this girl is a dream. She is good with everyone and everything. So far we can confirm she loves little kids, small and big dogs, cats, chickens, and even a bearded dragon!  

She’s only in a temporary foster until Friday so we are looking for a more permanent situation for this sweet girl.
