05/20/2023 – Hi, Joie here.  I’ve had an interesting, stressful experience, but it looks like I’m going to have a fantastic time in my foster home, hopefully my forever home!  My owners had to surrender me because they were moving out of the country.  They did a lot of packing before the nice BRAF volunteer came to pick me up.  That really stressed me, so I was really scared when the BRAF lady took me!  She took me to a new home, where I refused to get out of the car!  I was really scared.  Two men strongly urged me to get out! When I finally got out, I walked directly into the house and found the most amazing welcome home!  I met my foster Mom, Dad, and brother.  Boy, do I ever love my new family, especially my foster brother!  I get to sleep cuddled up with him!  I have lots of new toys and a nice new cushy bed, but my brother is the best!  I’m already going on walks and playing in the yard.
