07/16/2026 – Toots is an itty bitty little deaf girl. She has a big personality packed into that little body. She is strongly bonded with her brother Oliver Twist and him being close by allows her to be a brave inquisitive girl. She shut down when separated for his neuter surgery. Good thing they have found a foster family who is happy to have them both join the family!

Toots is in our Foster to Adopt program and is not available for adoption.
