03/15/25 – Eros was neutered yesterday, once he recuperates he will be looking for a new foster or forever home. We’ve learned he doesn’t like small things: small kids, small dogs, cats etc ignite his prey drive. He can easily jump a 4ft fence, so he will require a 6 ft privacy fence.  Eros has an amazing calm demeanor. He also gives great hugs, if you allow him to, he will hug you forever and is very gentle about it. He makes a good partner, he chooses a corner of the bed and doesn’t snore! I’ve never met a boxer who doesn’t take his share out of the center of the bed. His perfect home is one with older or no children and small pets, a fenced yard so he doesn’t have to encounter small animals unless under controlled conditions, and an owner who is willing to be the alpha to remind him what is appropriate interaction with other dogs.

03/08/20245 – Eros has been waiting a long time to find his perfect match, and today was his lucky day! His new family had also been waiting to find the perfect dog to fill the hole in their family. It was such a happy day when they got to meet each other!
