05/22/2025 – Hello, my name is Hans and I am a very sweet boy.

We have discovered that I do not like cats or small dogs.
But love large dogs and all people.

Now that Hans has settled into hisfoster home, we have learned that he does not like cats and small dogs. He recently met a Rottweiler puppy and wasn’t a fan. He seems to have a high prey drive, but strangely enough, he doesn’t go after the squirrels in the yard. Hans does great with the small child in the house and loves to cuddle and spend time with his people.

 

He has a lot of energy, so he would do well with another dog in the house. He is currently living with four other dogs and is doing great with all of them. While he is crate trained, he has some work to do with basic commands, and walking well on a leash is a work in progress. With a bit of time and patience, he will be the best dog ever.
